1. Who is responsible

2. Overview

We collect personal information only to run this website and reply to you. To see how the site is used, we use a cookieless analytics tool. Advertising cookies (Google Ads) are set only if you agree. Without your agreement, none are set and the site works exactly the same. We load no third-party fonts.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. This information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States.

4. Interest form

If you use the form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, company, what describes you and your message. We use it only to reply and to arrange a conversation, and we never sell or share it.

Your details go to a function in our own Cloudflare account and are stored in a Cloudflare database located in eastern North America, operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc. To stop spam, we keep your IP address only as a one-way scrambled fingerprint, never the address itself.

We keep these details for as long as we are in touch about working together, and delete them when you ask.

5. Analytics

To count visits and see which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across websites or devices, and builds no profile of you.

6. Advertising and conversion tracking

We use Google Ads (Google LLC, USA) to measure whether our advertising works. If you agree, Google sets cookies or similar identifiers when you send the interest form, so that a visit from an ad can be recognized. We see only totals and cannot identify you.

These cookies are off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode, set to “denied” by default). If you agree, information may be transferred to Google in the United States. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Cookies and your choice

This website stores only two things in your browser: your cookie choice itself (the local storage item “fundy.consent”), so the banner remembers it, which is never shared; and Google Ads cookies, set only after you agree.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing does not affect what happened before.

8. Fonts

Our fonts are served from this website. Your browser does not contact any third-party font service.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your personal information, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Use the form on our home page.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec to the Commission d’accès à l’information. If you live elsewhere, you can contact the data-protection authority where you live.
